So I met this RP-er and we got along great, IC and OOC. Our muses had great chemistry and everything. As soon as their interests changed, however, not only was the RP abandoned just as things were starting to get interesting, but as a friend I was also abandoned, after only maybe two or three weeks of interaction. They pulled the same thing on a couple of other players in the group, too.
I feel like my friendship was not worth anything to this person beyond our RP-ing relationship, and it really hurt to think that that was all my friendship was worth.
